Returns must meet the following criterion:
- The books were ordered from Aspen on a returnable basis.
- All books are in saleable condition. Books that are returned and are not in saleable condition (i.e. books with internal markings, price stickers, etc.) will be destroyed and no credit will be issued.
- The shipment is returned at the customer's expense.
- The shipping charges for the return of books that were damaged in transit or shipped in error from Aspen will be the responsibility of Aspen.
- Claims for damaged or mis-shipped books must be received at Aspen within 30 days of receipt of the order by the bookstore or wholesaler.
